We grow our Isparta roses in our own garden, pick them by hand on May mornings and distill them the same day. The only thing that goes into the bottle is the rose itself.
Process
1A rose gives its scent most generously in the first hours of the day. We harvest before the sun rises, one flower at a time, by hand.
2The roses we pick go straight into the still. Every hour of waiting takes something away from the scent.
