2. Essential characteristics of the goods and services subject to the contract
The name, quantity, essential characteristics and unit prices of the products you order are shown in the order summary on the payment page before you confirm your order, and form an integral part of this form. Our product is pure rose water, distilled in the traditional way from the Isparta rose (Rosa damascena).
Our products are food products; they are neither medicinal nor cosmetic products. They may not be used for the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any disease, and no claim to that effect is made.
3. Sales price and payment
- All prices shown on the site include VAT (KDV).
- The shipping fee is TRY 180; shipping is free on orders of TRY 1,000 and above.
- Payment is made by credit or debit card through the PayTR payment infrastructure. Your card details are not transmitted to our site and are not stored by us.
- The total amount payable is shown clearly in the order summary.
4. Delivery
- Under normal circumstances, orders are handed to the courier within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery is made to the address you provided when placing the order, through our contracted courier company, without exceeding the statutory maximum period of 30 days.
- The delivery cost is the shipping fee stated above.
- Where a shipment cannot be delivered because the address details are incomplete or incorrect, any additional shipping cost arising is borne by the buyer.
5. Right of withdrawal
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date on which you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. You may send the notice of withdrawal to siparis@virtuesrose.com or use the model withdrawal form.
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be sent to the return address within 10 days. The return shipping cost is borne by the seller where the right of withdrawal is exercised within the applicable period and in accordance with the prescribed procedure. The refund is made within 14 days using the same means of payment.
6. Cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
- Food products that are perishable or liable to pass their expiry date.
- Products whose packaging has been opened (for health and hygiene reasons).
- Products personalised in line with the request of the buyer.
7. Complaints and applications
In the event of a dispute you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) of your place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, or to the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) for amounts above those limits.
8. Recording and storage
This form and the distance sales agreement relating to your order are stored electronically; you may view and print them at any time from your order detail page.
