Your card details never reach us. Payment is made through PayTR's secure payment page; your card number is neither processed nor stored on our site.

Who do we share it with?

We do not sell your information. We share only as much as is necessary, and only with the parties required in order to complete your order: the payment institution (PayTR), the courier company, the hosting provider and, where there is a lawful request, the competent authorities. How long do we keep it?

Order and invoice records are kept for 10 years as required by tax legislation. Your membership data is held for as long as your account remains open; when you delete your account, data that is not subject to a statutory retention obligation is erased.

Security

Site traffic is encrypted end to end with TLS (HTTPS).
Passwords are stored as irreversible hashed digests.
Only authorised accounts can access the administration panel.

Cookies

The site uses only the strictly necessary cookies required for your session and your basket to function; there are no tracking or advertising cookies. For details, see the Cookie Policy.

Children's privacy

Our site is not directed at persons under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
