The journey your order takes from our garden to your door.
Preparation time
Under normal circumstances your orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. During the harvest season (May–June) this period may be longer because of the workload; should that happen, we will let you know.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 1–3 business days depending on the delivery address. The statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days. Your tracking number appears on your order detail page as soon as the order is handed over to the courier.
Damaged deliveries
If you notice that the packaging is damaged when the parcel is handed to you, ask the courier to draw up a damage report (hasar tespit tutanağı) before accepting the parcel. No claim can be pursued with the courier company for damaged parcels that were accepted without such a report.

Parcels that are not collected
Where a parcel is not collected within the courier company's holding period and is returned to us, the price of the product is refunded; the outbound and return shipping costs are deducted.
Address details
It is important that the delivery address is entered completely and correctly. Where a further shipment is required because of an incorrect address, the additional shipping charge is borne by the buyer.
