1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the website at https://virtuesrose.com. The website is operated by VİRTUESROSE — Mustafa Erdem.

2. Membership and account security

• The information you provide when registering must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, please notify us immediately.
• You may also place an order as a guest, without becoming a member.

3. Intellectual property

The logo, trade mark, product photographs, garden and production imagery and all texts on the website belong to VİRTUESROSE. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

4. Prohibited uses

• Attempts to damage the website or to circumvent its security measures
• Bulk data scraping with automated tools and sending excessive requests
• Carrying out transactions using another person's identity or payment details

5. Pricing and stock errors

Price and stock information on the website is updated with care. Nevertheless, should an obvious material error (for example a systemic pricing error) or a stock shortage arise, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such a case you will be informed and the full amount collected will be refunded.

6. Nature of the products

Our products are food products; they are neither medicinal nor cosmetic products. They may not be used for the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any disease, and no such claim is made. If you have any allergies, please read the ingredient information on the label before use.

7. Limitation of liability

No undertaking is given that the website will operate without interruption or error. No liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from interruptions of access caused by maintenance, technical failure or force majeure. Your rights arising from consumer protection legislation (Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers — 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun) are reserved.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) have jurisdiction over disputes.
